I come here from Sauk and I like it because it's clean, quiet. I've never had to wait for a machine. Prices are more than fair. Oh and zero children screaming and unsupervised by parents like Tumble in St Cloud. If early give 5 stars if pop medicine dispensed summering even near cold. $1.00 off k washers Tuesday & Wednesday 5 AM - 9 PM . Now you know it's worth a could extra miles.

He was extremely professional and caring about what he could or could not do and we were completely surprised by the outcome. I did laundry here and it cost me 30 dollars to wash two loads of laundry and dry two loads of laundry. I left and came back to take care of my pets and when I returned from my home my feather comforter was dry but my clothes were still wet. I ran the dryer again, there were a few hoodies in the dryer so wasn’t too surprised. I came back a half hour later and my clothes were still soaked. I told one of the attendants. She emptied the lint trap. I left with wet clothes. No refund was issued. If I’m spending 30 dollars to do laundry I’d like to leave with dry clothes. It’s 7am the next morning and my clothes are still wet, I started my laundry yesterday at 5pm.

WILL NEVER GO TO TOPP'S CLEANERS AGAIN!!
First of all, the service desk throws your clothing into a large canvas bag with no respect to the items. I paid around $3500 for my dresses and suit!
Brought in three prom dresses, two bridesmaids dresses and one man's suit.
Upon picking up my items I thought everything was there because there were six hangers.
Brought them home and received a call from Topps stating that they still had a prom dress that they failed to return.?!
I was asked to bring back all of my dry cleaning so they could check that I had the correct amount and items.
I did so with skepticism. Why am I going out of my way to fix their problem?
Received a call the next day and was told I could pick them up after 2:00. Everything was there.
I did not get upset and people make mistakes.
I got them home, removed the bags to check my items.
There are still stains on the dresses! Bottoms are terrible and the dresses don't even look touched.
There was one dress they were unable to clean and that was thrown in a Coborns's grocery bag.
If they were unable to clean my other dresses please let me know! I would have had no problem taking them back.
Now I am thoroughly disgusted and upset that I even took them in and paid for them to be cleaned.
In the future I will be taking all of my dry cleaning to Hourglass cleaners.

Came in to preshrink material for quilting. Laundromat was convenient location, clean and well lit.  Staff member was cleaning when I arrived and answered my questions on the washing machine. She was very helpful and polite. I was there around 3 hours waiting on my wash to be done.  Really appreciated the big folding tables for folding all the material I had (32 yards).  The washer and dryer I used worked perfectly and the cost was reasonable. Thank you for a very pleasant experience.

I had some larger blankets and throws to wash for the summer and didn't want to use my new Maytag Washer and Dryer at home and since the Sartell Laundromat near my house was closed for repairs, I thought I would give this place a try. What a nice surprise to walk in the door and be greeted by the extremely friendly and helpful owner who showed me how his machines work and actually recommended a smaller washer for me to save money when I was ready to go with a larger one! He really cares about his customers as while I was there he helped others as well!

The machines are all new and every one is in working order. The owner is very big on making repairs immediately!

We love the big washers for washing bedding but the janitor lady was very rude and started yelling and swearing at us because it was close to closing. Tracy and Jeff did a great job with the hardwood floors in our new house. They were able to steam clean out the strong pet odors and get the floor looking clean again. It was like night and day after they finished. The floors were clean, no water residue at all. Very pleased with the work they did. I should have taken a picture of the sludge sucked out of the floor boards. The house immediately smelled better after they finished.
They were very pleasant to work with, quick and efficient. I'm writing this review months after they did this job. We are fully moved into the house and we are still pleased with the results. We haven't had any pet smells seep up at all. Good work. I recommend.

Jeff and Tracey were amazing. They were early for the appointment, but called to make sure it was okay to come sooner. They cleaned our living room carpet with pet stain removal and the upholstery on our recliner, couch, and loveseat all in two hours. They were professional, kind, and we had great conversation. What a pleasant environment. I drive semi and it’s hard to find a place big enough park my truck.  Bobtail only.  The place was clean and the prices were reasonable.  The laundry attendant was super friendly and very helpful.   W would definitely recommend any trucks to do their laundry here. I will definitely come back here next time I’m in town.

My experience at the laundromat was subpar at best. The worker present was consistently intrusive, resulting in a somewhat harassing environment, which made me irritable. This hindered my usual routine and interfered with what should have been a simple task, making it an overall disappointing experience. Thus, for someone seeking a peaceful laundry session, it is indeed hard to recommend this place.

Last wash is at 5pm. Showed up at 5:20 not knowing this. Lady was kind enough to let me wash since I was willing to use as many machines to get it done at once.

I ended up putting more money in the wash machines than required amount.. spoke to lady working there and she did not understand English she just kept repeating that you didn’t pay enough I asked her to look at camera as I put money in dryer 2.50 and she repeated “you pay more” .. and I am not racist and you implying this shows how you  treat others..the Royal wash house is a much nicer option

The place is clean but their commercial washer at the end of the 1st row has a bad tub seal that ruined our white comforter. When my wife told the older lady in charge she said it was footprints! Like who would fit inside the washer! The funny thing is that I had just had a conversation with the lady that I am An Appliance Repairman! Let’s see if they make this right!!!!!

No initial phone call from Cash Wise, then at least 5 visits to check on the 2 wool coats of my wife's, with "No, they are not here."   I called TOPS with my claim number, was told that Cash Wise would call me back.   No call.  TOPS donated these coats with no recourse, as I was told. Absolutely fantastic service! They do such a great job. I brought in a pair of white pants with a coffee stain on them, usually not a problem but I had tried to get the stain out myself with water because I still had a whole day of wearing them with a huge coffee stain down the front of the left leg. They got it out, no problem, as well as the red dye transfer from my shoes too - amazing! Usually, it's about a week to get things back but of course you can pay for expedited service if required. They're a small business and it's best to pay in cash if possible. Great local business, highly recommend!!

I was nervous dropping off my wedding dress as it is a timeless piece a bride will treasure and potentially pass down one day.  When I went to pick up my dress the original dust and dirt was removed and I was so thrilled but oddly, a different mark was on the dress that wasn't there at drop off.  The manager was kind and professional, redid the process and got the marks out.  The only trouble we had was on pick up again as the dress had been checked out of their system the first time we went to pick up, therefore trying to pick up after the redo they told us the dress was not there.  After some assistance from other staff they located it, safe and sound.  It is beautifully pressed and well cleaned.  Thank you ever so much!

STAY AWAY!!!!!! This place is trash. The service is horrible, and so are the people. I've recently moved to the area and started using them. The dry cleaning product they use smells like toilet bowl cleaner. Used them a few times and kept laundering shirts - stopped dry cleaning.

On the last occasion, I dropped 5x shirts to be laundered, and they all came back with a sort of a cut on the collar that certainly happened during the process in one of their machines/equipment.

I left the shirts for management to assess the damage, and after a few days, I was offered $20 credit for the damage. One of the employees told me those cuts were minor and the shirts "could still be used, and the damage was probably there before, but I never noticed."

Those are all pretty new designer shirts, so it was ridiculous to have to hear that. Of course, the shirts can still be used, but those cuts will just get worse over time.

I said their proposal was unacceptable and for a few days they went radio silent. When I called back, they offered a store credit of $125 ($25 per shirt) - which is not even the replacement cost for one shirt.

$125 store credit for them to damage more shirts? Of course I didn't accept and ended up just collecting the damaged shirts and will decide about pursuing this in a different manner.

S. happens, and this is totally fine. The problem is management being ridiculous and not willing to fix their own mess.

STAY AWAY!!!!!! ZERO STARS!!!!!

I didn't threaten anybody, I just mentioned it wouldn't take me a lot to go to court if I wanted to.
I can promise I don't need ONE CENT from you guys, and I have NO reason to come up with something like that.

Angie is AMAZING!!! So I’ve been driving around with my daughter‘s wedding gown for the past six months in the trunk of my car, in a sealed bag. Not knowing where to take it for dry cleaning and preservation. We spent a lot of money on this dress and my daughter really enjoyed it. The WEDDING GOWN was completely dirty in the bottom because the bride really partied with it. We Did not know where to bring it for proper dry cleaning or trusted anyone with it. This place is truly trash, stay away. I brought four full suits to Hour Glass Dry Cleaners and only received the jackets. When I went back to ask about the missing pants, they insisted I had picked up everything, a complete lie. They lost the pants to all four suits and took zero responsibility. Avoid this place if you value your clothes and expect  professional service.
